Meet Mark Steele

For over a decade, Mark has coached and trained over 200 real estate salespeople, both new and experienced, helping them grow prosperous businesses, while still making time to enjoy their personal lives.

Mark Steele is the author of “The Great Real Estate Guide”, educating buyers, sellers, and investors on the ins and outs of the real estate industry. He is also a Toronto Regional Real Estate Board instructor, sharing what new real estate professionals can expect in their first year in the business.

Since his second year in the real estate industry, Mark has led teams and brokerages as a Broker Manager, as well as Broker of Record. This gave him years of experience in identifying talented individuals for recruitment, training both new and experienced realtors, and understanding how to coach and motivate them to succeed.

Mark has an incredible ability to identify with agents. He is calm and encouraging, and his ability to connect sets him apart as a truly amazing coach.
